When you take a look outside, what do you see? Most of us take for granted the beautiful trees that supply us oxygen, and the air we breathe. Elements such as air, water and land are things that the average person thinks very little about, because they feel they are here for our use and consumption. But not for long, if we do not take step to ensure their future vitality.
The simplest things you can do will have a great impact on our earth. Most people think they cannot help, but for every one person that changes their attitudes, the benefits for our earth quickly add up.
Here are some steps you can take to help!

WATER
Use it sparingly. Don't let water run down the drain. You can fill the sink with some water to wash your fruit and vegetables and then use the same water to wash dishes. Adjust your sprinklers so they will only water grass and not the sidewalk. Use water efficient shower heads, dishwater, facets, and sprinklers. Drop your tissue in the trash instead of down the toilet. There are many ways to save and conserve water daily, it just takes a little bit of effort.
AIR
Clean air is vital to our health, so do your part in keeping the air clean. Most pollutants come from manufacturing, but there are some things you can do to help in your everyday activities. Choose pump sprays, not aerosol sprays, choose latex paints over oil-based paints, don't overfill your gas tank, and drive smart. Planting a tree is a great way to give back to the environment too!

We've all heard it. But can we all do it? YES! If you just put your mind to it. Many communities already have containers to separate and recycle paper, plastics, and glass. You can also recycle and reuse by sharing, or donating your clothes, old cars, electronics, magazines, etc.
These few steps will make you a more environmentally conscious and happy person. You'll feel better about yourself because you've made a contribution, and you'll appreciate what you see more the next time you step outside, too.
WE SHOULD DO IT !
